This will include perceptions of cultural diversity on campus.  Your responses will inform our campus about your experiences at Life University and help identify ways to enhance the environment for learning and living. The survey will not ask you to provide any identifying information and your responses are confidential and anonymous. In the event of any publication or presentation of the survey results, no personally identifiable information will be shared. Participation in this survey is voluntary.  Refusal to take part in the survey will not result in any negative consequences.
